Vice President - Diligence & Growth Strategy, NY, NY. Oversee due diligence processes for new investments incl dvlpg investment theses, supv'g others to perform mkt & competitive analysis, & performing fin'l modeling. Reqs Bachelor's deg or foreign equiv in Finance, Economics, Engg, or rltd field. Must have four yrs exp: implmtg & overseeing strategic projects for technology or tech-enabled co's; conducting due diligence for investments in technology or tech-enabled co's; conducting fin'l analysis, incl but not limited to analyzing fin'l stmts, investment opportunities, evaluating mkt size, prep'g deliverable presentations; & supporting bus. dvlpmt in the finance &/or technology industry. Exp must incl: managing portfolio co. exit processes to strategic & fin'l sponsors; coaching & supv'g Jr. team members; & working directly w/, & influencing, exec-level individuals on strategic & fin'l initiatives. Approx 3 domestic &/or Int'l trips per quarter for board/mgmt meetings & conferences. $300,000 - $325,000/yr.
